SUPREME COURT (ADOPTION) RULES 2015 - REG 27

In any case where the guardian of the child is the Secretary or the principal officer of an approved agency, the Prothonotary or the Registrar of the County Court (as the case may be), on the making of an adoption order, shall notify the guardian in writing—

        (a)     of the making of the order; and

        (b)     of the date on which it was made.
