SUPREME COURT (CRIMINAL PROCEDURE) RULES 2017 - REG 12.16
Notice of application for review of orders(1) A notice of application by the Secretary under section 99(1) of the Act for review of a supervision order shall be in Form 6–12U.
(2) A notice of application by the Director of
Public Prosecutions under section 100 of the Act for review of a
detention order shall be in
Form 6–12V.
