Definitions

5.01. Definitions

In this Part- offender means a person on whom the Court has imposed a fine;
person in default means a person who has failed to pay a fine or an instalment
under an instalment order and includes a director of a body corporate who is
the subject of a declaration under section 50(6) of the Act; the Act means the
Sentencing Act 1991.
