3.02. Notice of intention to apply for leave



(1) A notice in writing of intention to make application for leave to appeal
to the Court of Appeal under section 91(2) of the Act shall be in Form 6-3A.

(2) The notice shall state specifically and concisely the grounds on which it
is sought to appeal and shall be signed by the applicant.
