Transfer of prisoners

2.34. Transfer of prisoners

The Secretary to the Department of Justice shall arrange to transfer an
appellant who is a prisoner to a prison near the Court of Appeal in sufficient
time before the hearing commences to enable the appellant to consult legal
advisers.
