2.30. Registrar to notify determination



(1) When an appeal or any matter under section 582 of the Act is determined,
the Registrar shall give notice in Form 6-2L to-

   (a)  the appellant;

   (b)  the Director of Public Prosecutions for Victoria or the Director of
        Public Prosecutions of the Commonwealth (as the case may be);

   (c)  the governor of the prison in which the appellant is imprisoned; and

   (d)  the Secretary to the Department of Justice.

(2) The Registrar shall also notify the officer of the court of trial of the
decision of the Court of Appeal and any additional orders or directions made
or given by the Court of Appeal in relation to the appeal.
