SUPREME COURT (CRIMINAL PROCEDURE) RULES 2008 - SECT 2.29.

Bail

2.29. Bail



(1) If the Court of Appeal grants an appellant bail pending the determination
of an appeal, the Court may make such orders in relation to bail as it sees
fit.

(2) An appellant who is on bail shall, when the appeal is called on before the
Court of Appeal, place himself or herself in the custody of such persons as
the Court directs.

(3) Two Judges of Appeal may exercise the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal
to grant bail.
