2.28. Original depositions, exhibits etc.

The Registrar may require the recording officer of the court of trial to
provide to the Registrar-

   (a)  the original depositions of witnesses examined before the committing
        magistrate or coroner;

   (b)  any exhibit retained by a court;

   (c)  the presentment or other written process against the appellant;

   (d)  an abstract or copy of the whole or part of the presentment or
        inquisition;

   (e)  any plea filed in the court of trial.
