2.22. Property subject to restitution order

In directing the suspension or non-suspension of the operation of an order for
the restitution of property, the trial judge may, if of opinion that the
special circumstances of the case warrant it, give any direction considered
proper to secure the production of property at an appeal or to ensure its
proper custody until the determination of an appeal.
