2.19. Copies of transcript, exhibits etc.

At any time after the pre-hearing conference, the appellant or the respondent
or his or her solicitor or representative-

   (a)  may obtain from the Registrar a copy of the transcript of the trial,
        in writing or electronic form, as the case requires, that the
        Registrar has directed to be provided under Rule 2.17(1);

   (b)  may obtain from the Registrar a copy of any document which was an
        exhibit at the trial; and

   (c)  may inspect by arrangement with the Registrar any exhibit which cannot
        be copied.
