Amendment of notice of appeal

2.11. Amendment of notice of appeal



(1) A notice of appeal or a notice of application for leave to appeal may be
amended at any time before the commencement of the hearing of the appeal with
the leave of the Registrar.

(2) A notice of appeal or a notice of application for leave to appeal may be
amended at any time with the leave of the Court of Appeal.

(3) When giving leave to amend a notice, the Court of Appeal or the Registrar
may impose any conditions or directions as the Court or the Registrar thinks
fit.

(4) This Rule applies only to a notice filed before 1 July 2004.
