Effect of non-compliance

1.15. Effect of non-compliance



(1) A failure to comply with these Rules is an irregularity and does not
render a proceeding or step taken, or any document, judgment or order in a
proceeding a nullity.

(2) The Court may dispense with compliance with any of the requirements of
these Rules, either before or after the occasion for compliance arises.
