Amendment of judgment or order

1.14. Amendment of judgment or order

For the sake of removing doubt, it is declared that the inherent power of the
Court to correct a clerical mistake in a judgment or order or an error arising
in a judgment or order from any accidental slip or omission may be exercised
at any time.
