SUPREME COURT (CRIMINAL PROCEDURE) RULES 2008 - SECT 1.13.
Authentication
1.13. Authentication
(1) A judgment or order of the Court in a proceeding to which these Rules
relate may be authenticated in accordance with this Rule.
(2) Subject to paragraph (3), a judgment or order of the Court is
authenticated when the judgment or order, having been drawn up, is signed by a
Judge of the Court or sealed by the Prothonotary.
(3) In a proceeding in the Court of Appeal, a judgment or order of the Court
is authenticated when the judgment or order, having been drawn up, is signed
by a member of the Court of Appeal or the Registrar of Criminal Appeals.
