Definitions

1.05. Definitions

In these Rules, unless the context or subject matter otherwise requires-
Chapter I means Chapter I of the Rules of the Supreme Court; Registrar means
the Registrar of Criminal Appeals;

solicitor has the same meaning as it has in Chapter I.
