Application of Rules

1.04. Application of Rules

These Rules apply to all matters in the Court whenever commenced-

   (a)  which relate to the criminal jurisdiction of the Court, whether
        conferred by an Act or otherwise; and

   (b)  for which provision relating to the conduct of the matter is made by
        these Rules.
