1.02. Authorising provisions

These Rules are made under-

   (a)  section 25 of the Supreme Court Act 1986;

   (b)  sections 366 and 583 of the Crimes Act 1958;

   (c)  section 68 of the Sentencing Act 1991;

   (d)  section 50 of the Interpretation of Legislation Act 1984; and

   (e)  all other enabling powers.
