9.04. Joinder inconvenient
Notwithstanding Rules 9.01 and 9.02, where any joinder of claims or of parties
may embarrass or delay the trial of the proceeding or cause prejudice to any
party or is otherwise inconvenient, the Court may order that-
(a) there be separate trials;
(b) any claim be excluded;
(c) any party be compensated by an award of costs or otherwise for being
required to attend, or be relieved from attending, any part of a trial
in which that party has no interest;
(d) any person made a party cease to be a party on condition that that
party be bound by the determination of the questions in the proceeding
or without any such condition.
