7.13. Procedure on lodgment and filing



(1) Where documents are lodged and filed in accordance with Rule 7.10, the
Prothonotary shall seal the documents lodged with the seal of the Court and
shall send them to the Attorney-General for transmission for service, together
with such letter of request, if any, as may be necessary.

(2) A letter of request shall be in Form 7A.
