Application

7.09. Application

This Part applies to the service of any document for the purpose of a
proceeding in the Court-

   (a)  in a Convention country pursuant to a Convention; or

   (b)  in such other country as the Attorney-General, by instrument filed in
        the proceeding, specifies.
