3.05. Time for service



(1) In this Rule document does not include originating process.

(2) In calculating the time fixed by these Rules or by any order fixing,
extending or abridging time any document which is served after 4.00 p.m. or on
any day the office of the Court is closed shall be taken to have been served
on the next day the office is open.
