Extension and abridgement

3.02. Extension and abridgement



(1) The Court may extend or abridge any time fixed by these Rules or by any
order fixing, extending or abridging time.

(2) The Court may extend time under paragraph (1) before or after the time
expires whether or not an application for the extension is made before the
time expires.

(3) Unless the Court otherwise orders, any time fixed by these Rules or by any
order fixing, extending or abridging time may be extended by consent without
an order of the Court.
