2.03. Application to set aside for irregularity

The Court shall not set aside any proceeding or any step taken in any
proceeding or any document, judgment or order therein on the ground of a
failure to which Rule 2.01 applies on the application of any party unless the
application is made within a reasonable time and before the applicant has
taken any fresh step after becoming aware of the irregularity.
