Application

1.05. Application



(1) Subject to this Rule, these Rules apply to every civil proceeding
commenced in the Court whether before or after the commencement date.

(2) These Rules do not apply to a civil proceeding to which any other Chapter
of the Rules of the Supreme Court applies except as that Chapter provides.

(3) The revocation of the former Rules shall not affect anything done or
omitted to be done in a pending proceeding and, except as provided in this
Part, anything so done or omitted shall be taken to have been done or omitted
under these Rules.
