Definitions

1.04. Definitions

In this Part-

commencement date means 1 January 2006;

former Rules means the Supreme Court (General Civil Procedure) Rules 1996;

pending proceeding means a civil proceeding in the Court to which, immediately
before the commencement date, the former Rules applied.
