1.01. Title and object



(1) These Rules constitute Chapter I of the Rules of the Supreme Court and are
entitled the Supreme Court (General Civil Procedure) Rules 2005.

(2) The object of these Rules is re-make the general rules of procedure in
civil proceedings to constitute a new Chapter I of the Rules of the Supreme
Court.
