Application under section 42 or 43

9.08. Application under section 42 or 43

In respect of an application-

   (a)  to set aside an award under section 42 of the Act; or

   (b)  to remit an award under section 43 of the Act-

the originating motion shall be filed and served within 42 days after the
award is made.
