Application under section 39(1)

9.07. Application under section 39(1)

In respect of an application under section 39(1) of the Act to determine a
question of law arising in the course of an arbitration, the originating
motion shall be filed and served within 14 days after the arbitrator or umpire
has consented to the making of the application or the parties have so
consented.
