Filing of notice of referral

8.16. Filing of notice of referral



(1) A notice of referral to the Court of a disputed claim under section 80 of
the Act shall be filed in the Court and served within seven days after filing.

(2) When the notice of referral is filed, the disputed claim is set down.

(3) Upon the setting down of the disputed claim the Prothonotary shall notify
the other party in writing that the disputed claim has been set down.
