8.06. Application of Orders 4 and 6



(1) Subject to Rules 8.04 and 8.05, Order 4, so far as applicable to a
proceeding in the Trial Division, applies to a proceeding described in Rule
8.02(1)(c).

(2) Subject to Rules 8.04 and 8.05, Order 6, so far as applicable to a
proceeding in the Trial Division, applies to a proceeding described in Rule
8.02(1)(d).
