Definitions

7.01. Definitions

In this Order-

the Commissioner means the maker of a decision upon an objection, other than
the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal;

objection means an objection made in writing under any Act to an assessment,
decision or determination in respect of liability for any tax, duty, levy,
fee, charge or other impost;

objector means the maker of an objection;

the Tribunal means the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
