5.09. Copies of documents

If the question of law is reserved for the opinion of the Court of Appeal, the
Registrar of the Court of Appeal shall direct a party to provide for the use
of the Court of Appeal and for any other party a sufficient number of copies
of a document or part of a document to which the party proposes to refer at
the hearing. ORDER 6
