Definitions

5.02. Definitions

In this Order-

chairman means-

   (a)  in the case of a body which may reserve a question of law, the
        presiding member of that body;

   (b)  in the case where a person alone may reserve a question of law, that
        person;

recording officer means the registrar, secretary or other person who performs
the duties of a registrar for the tribunal;

special case includes case stated;

tribunal means the person who or body which may reserve a question of law.
