Application

5.01. Application



(1) This Order applies where by any Act provision is made for a question of
law to be reserved in the form of a special case or case stated for the
opinion of the Court by a person or body other than a court.

(2) This Order does not apply to a referral under section 33 of the
Charter of Human Rights and Responsibilities Act 2006.
