4.19. Exercise of jurisdiction and powers

The jurisdiction and powers of the Court of Appeal under Order 64 as applied
in relation to an appeal under this Part may be exercised by a single Judge of
Appeal or by two Judges of Appeal, as the case may be, in accordance with
Rules 64.26 and 64.27. ORDER 5
