Commencement of Appeal

4.15. Commencement of Appeal

Except as otherwise provided by any Act or Rule-

   (a)  an appeal to the Court of Appeal from a tribunal is commenced by
        filing a notice of appeal in the Court;

   (b)  the appeal shall be commenced within 28 days after the day of the
        order of the tribunal or, if leave to appeal is necessary, within 14
        days of leave being granted;

   (c)  the appeal shall not operate as a stay of proceedings unless the Court
        of Appeal otherwise orders.
