SUPREME COURT (MISCELLANEOUS CIVIL PROCEEDINGS) RULES 1998 - SECT 4.14.
Expedition
4.14. Expedition
(1) Where it is satisfied that the delay caused by proceeding in accordance
with this Part would or might entail injustice, the Court may make an order
under this Part without notice to any party upon such terms as to costs or
otherwise and subject to such undertaking, if any, as is thought fit.
(2) The Court may set aside any order made under paragraph (1) on the
application of any person affected.
(3) Where it is satisfied that the justice of the case requires, the Court may
order that, subject to any order otherwise, an application for leave to appeal
be heard and determined by the Court which, if leave is granted, is to hear
and determine the appeal and may give directions accordingly.
