Leave to appeal

4.05. Leave to appeal



(1) Except as otherwise provided by any Act or Rule, an application for leave
to appeal from a tribunal shall be made in accordance with Rules 4.06, 4.07,
4.08 and 4.09.

(2) If an extension of time is needed within which to apply for leave to
appeal, an application for that extension may be made to, and determined by,
the Master in conjunction with the application for leave to appeal and, if
granted, the extension may be granted retrospectively.
