Definitions

10.01. Definitions

In this Order-

the Act means the Service and Execution of Process Act 1992 of the
Commonwealth as amended and in force for the time being;

each of the expressions- appropriate court court of rendition place of
rendition has the meaning ascribed by Part 6 of the Act.
