1.12. Application to be supported by affidavit



(1) In a proceeding to which this Part applies evidence shall be given by
affidavit except where otherwise provided by any Act or these Rules or where
the Court otherwise orders.

(2) An affidavit in support of an application made without notice to any
person shall show the parties interested and their interests.

(3) Any document referred to as an exhibit to an affidavit shall be made
available for inspection by any person on whom service of a copy of the
affidavit is required.
