Process

1.09. Process

Subject to these Rules-

   (a)  a proceeding to which this Part applies shall be commenced by
        originating motion in accordance with Chapter I;

   (b)  an interlocutory or other application in a proceeding to which this
        Part applies and made on notice to any person shall be by summons in
        accordance with Chapter I.
