1. General Information
The Supreme Court (Miscellaneous Civil Proceedings) Rules 1998, S.R. No. 110/1998 were made on 27 August 1998 by the Judges of the Supreme Court under section 25 of the Supreme Court Act 1986, No. 110/1986 and came into operation on 31 August 1998: rule 1.04.
The Supreme Court (Miscellaneous Civil Proceedings) Rules 1998 will sunset 10 years after the day of making on 27 August 2008 (See section 5 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994).
2. Table of Amendments
