ROAD SAFETY ROAD RULES 2017 - REG 262G
Speed-limit applicable to electric scooterA rider of an electric scooter must not ride the electric scooter on a road or road related area, where permitted in the Rules, at a speed over 20 kilometres per hour.
Penalty: 3 penalty units.
