ROAD SAFETY (DRIVERS) REGULATIONS 2019 - REG 65

Reg. 65(1) amended by S.R. No. 172/2019 reg. 5(Sch. 2 item 45(a)).

    (1)     The Secretary may return an incomplete application for the grant or variation or renewal of a driver licence or learner permit to the applicant who made or gave it without processing it.

    (2)     For the purpose of these Regulations, the Secretary returning an incomplete application under subregulation (1) does not constitute a refusal under regulation 66.
