Accreditation record requirements

506. Accreditation record requirements

For the purposes of sections 191ZN(2) and 191ZX(2) of the Act, an operator to
whom BFM accreditation or AFM accreditation is granted must keep the required
records-

   (a)  at the record location; and

   (b)  in a way which ensures the records-

   (i)  are reasonably accessible by an inspector; and

   (ii) are readable and reasonably capable of being understood; and

   (iii) can be used as evidence.
