Accreditation fees

505. Accreditation fees



(1) For the purposes of sections 191ZI(2)(d) and 191ZR(2)(e) of the Act, an
application for BFM accreditation or AFM accreditation must be accompanied by
the fee specified in Schedule 2.

(2) Subregulation (1) does not apply if the applicant is accredited under
either-

   (a)  the Mass Management Module of the National Heavy Vehicle Accreditation
        Scheme; or

   (b)  the Maintenance Management Module of the National Heavy Vehicle
        Accreditation Scheme.

(3) In this regulation National Heavy Vehicle Accreditation Scheme means the
accreditation scheme for heavy vehicle operators developed by the National
Transport Commission and approved by the Australian Transport Council in
November 1997.
