Tests

226. Tests



(1) For the purposes of section 27 of the Act, a test described in Table 226
must be carried out by a person of the class described in that Table in
relation to that test.

(2) The Corporation must accept, for the purposes of section 27, a certificate
of the results of a medical examination conducted in another jurisdiction if
that examination otherwise complies with this regulation.
