Change of name, address or condition

225. Change of name, address or condition



(1) The holder of a driver licence or permit must notify the Corporation, not
more than 14 days after the change, about any change in his or her-

   (a)  name; or

   (b)  residential address; or

   (c)  postal address or address for the service of notices.

Penalty: 1 penalty unit.

(2) Unless required by the Corporation, the advice from the person referred to
in subregulation (1) need not be in writing.

(3) The holder of a driver licence or permit or any person exempted from
holding a driver licence or permit under section 18(1)(a) of the Act must, as
soon as practicable, notify the Corporation of any permanent or long term
injury or illness that may impair his or her ability to drive safely.

Penalty: 1 penalty unit.
