Application for club permit

308. Application for club permit

A person who is a member of a motor vehicle club approved by the Corporation
may apply for a club permit by sending to the Corporation-

   (a)  an application in a form approved by the Corporation; and

   (b)  the relevant fee set out in Schedule 6; and

   (c)  evidence to the satisfaction of the Corporation that any transport
        accident charge has been paid for the vehicle for the period of
        validity of the permit; and

   (d)  such reasonable proof as the Corporation may require as to the
        identity, age and eligibility for a permit of the applicant and the
        vehicle.
