Application for identification mark and trade plates

304. Application for identification mark and trade plates



(1) An eligible person may apply to the Corporation for the assignment of a
general identification mark to the person.

(2) An application under this regulation must-

   (a)  be in a form approved by the Corporation; and

   (b)  in the case of a general identification mark relating to motor
        vehicles, be accompanied by evidence sufficient to satisfy the
        Corporation that any applicable transport accident charge has been
        paid for each trade plate for the period specified in the application.
